Storage mostly and we actually handle almost all site tasks including updates when you choose the Complete Hosting package. |
| Q. | What else can you offer? |

Just tell us your needs. Besides our Complete Hosting Package, we do offer site design services! We can also install most CGI Scripts, Web Boards, Counters and Web Chat Clients. |
| Q. | E-Commerce? |
| A. |
For most web enterprises E-commerce might prove disappointing. We'll be glad to wrap around most E-Commerce webpages hosted elsewhere but for now we don't provide any E-commerce solutions. This may change though so it doesn't hurt to ask. |
| Q. | What about tech support? |
| A. | We fully support our servers and offer some html coding help for free. More extensive help is available for a fee. |
| Q. | How do I sign up or move my site? |
| A. | Just send me a E-mail. I'll get your site started right away. |
| Q. | What `hidden' charges are there? |
| A. |
None that I can think of. Even the domain registration (or renewal) can be covered under our fee (provided we can move your domain name to our registrar). |
| Q. | We're new at this web site stuff? What do I need to do? |
| A. | As I said above, just send me a E-mail. I'll get your site started right away. |
| Q. | What if I can't make my scheduled payment? |
| A. |
Don't worry, we understand those kind of temporary problems. E-mail me and let me know when you expect to be able to pay. We'll work with you. |
| Q. | Should I have a second domain name? |
| A. | If you want to lock down the second domain name. You'll need a second (very cheap) host account. |
| Q. | Can I have banner ads? |
| A. | Sure if you want. |
| Q. | Can I run cgi scripts? |
| A. | Sure! |
| Q. | What scripts can I run? |
| A. | Any well behaved Perl script. Perl 5.1 is supported here. |
| Q. | Will you help me any? |
| A. | Yes, I'll give you a hand as time allows. |
| Q. | Okay, I'm moving. What if I mess up the site though? |
| A. | Just copy your old site to the new host. Since it's working already, it should work here. If not I'll be glad to take a look. |
| Q. | I'll need a FTP client won't I? |
| A. | Yes, try Tucows.com for a client. We use WsFTP Lite here. |
| Q. | I'm not ready yet? |
| A. | Consider a Monster Highway Net Card then. It's free and gives you a web presence. |
